A moment to reflect

Still life is my passion, an escape from the noise and mess of motherhood. Methodical, practical, representational of my surroundings, my work offers glimpses into corners of my home.
This smoked glass casts a really pretty shadow and I had to capture it.
Painting commonly found objects which are recognisable in a contemporary style with a pop art/graphic feel.
This painting comes with a custom floating frame made locally with sustainable timber, sanded and waxed to protect it for many years.
