‘Impromptu Bevvy’ is a slightly whimsical approach to capturing still life, this painting depicts a kitchen bench with gin and sparkling water ready to entertain those friends that just turn up unannounced!
Painted using acrylics with some added layering and texture to created depth and warmth.
Framed by my local framers with sustainable timber using offcuts from the framing business (normally these gorgeous offcuts would go in the bin!)
Waxed timber and canvas varnished to preserve for future years.
